Delete your account

You can permanently delete your PoolDeck Friends account at any time:

1. Sign in at friends.pooldeck.app (or open the PoolDeck Friends app).
2. Open the menu and go to Account (friends.pooldeck.app/account).
3. Under Delete account, type your email or phone number to confirm, then tap Permanently delete.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You’ll be signed out as soon as it completes.

If you can’t sign in, email us from the address (or include the phone number) on your account at privacy@pooldeck.app and we’ll delete it for you. We respond within 30 days.

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account and sign-in identifiers (email and/or phone number).
• Your family and your membership in it.
• The links between your family and the swimmers you followed.
• Your push notification subscriptions and notification preferences.
• Your notification history.

• Swimmer records. Swimmers come from official meet entries and are shared roster data, not personal to your account. Deleting your account removes your link to them, but the swimmer records themselves remain.
• Meet results. Race timing, heats, and results broadcast by a meet’s official timing system are part of the meet record and are not tied to your account.
• Security logs. Server logs are retained briefly for security and abuse prevention and are rotated within 90 days.
